Arq6 is the data protection officer for personal information processed in connection with the use of our services and products, and the personal information we collect and process for the purposes stated below. The fact that Arq6 is the data protection officer primarily means that it is Arq6 which has the responsibility to adhere to the regulation according to EU legislation.
If Arq6 chooses another company that is responsible for processing personal information, I.e. data about you, the selected company will then be considered a data processor. In cases where we use data processors, we will ensure that we enter into a data processing agreement that regulate how the data processor can process data that becomes available. The default for such an agreement with the data processor, is that they can only process personal data on Arq6 behalf and for clearly defined purposes, as required by EU legislation.

Statistics on users and traffic are usually used and taken advantage of in aggregated form, so the statistics do not contain any information that can be linked directly to you as an identified person.
If children under 15 provide us with personal information regardless, we will promptly delete the information as soon as we become aware of the situation.
