The Oceanside Transit District is more than just a new neighborhood, it’s a vision for the future of coastal living. Located in sunny Southern California, the development blends mobility, lifestyle, and design into a single urban hub. Here, catching a train, grabbing a coffee, and walking to the beach all happen within minutes.
Our task was to visualize not just the buildings, but the SoCal lifestyle that comes with them: golden sunsets, palm-lined streets, vibrant public spaces, and a seamless connection between city and ocean.Our Role
Arqsix was commissioned by Arcadis to deliver a full set of CGI stills for the project. Working closely with their design team, we focused on showcasing the transit-oriented layout, highlighting community-driven spaces such as plazas and cafés, capturing the laid-back California vibe with warm light and natural tones, balancing technical precision with emotional storytelling.

The Result
The final visuals bring the masterplan to life, giving stakeholders and future residents a clear view of what’s ahead. Beyond just showing architecture, the images communicate the lifestyle promise: a place where mobility, design, and leisure meet under the California sun.
