Mixed-use concept with sculptural podium and towers

This project was developed as part of an architectural competition in collaboration with Arcadis. The proposal envisions a contemporary mixed-use development where expressive architectural forms meet a highly activated public realm.

A sculptural podium anchors the project, seamlessly integrating retail, leisure, and communal spaces, while a series of residential towers rise above with a refined and rhythmic façade language. The design emphasizes fluidity and continuity, with elevated connections and transparent elements that enhance spatial experience and visual connectivity. The result is a vibrant, future-oriented environment that balances density with openness and human-scale interaction.
