This project was developed in collaboration with Arcadis for The Point in Utah, a large-scale mixed-use development envisioned as a new innovation-driven urban district. Located on a 600-acre site, the masterplan transforms a former state-owned property into a vibrant, transit-oriented community that integrates residential, commercial, and public spaces.

Our work focused on creating high-quality visualizations that communicate the project’s architectural identity and urban experience, highlighting the relationship between built form, landscape, and public life. The proposal emphasizes walkability, connectivity, and sustainability, with a strong network of parks, pedestrian routes, and civic spaces shaping a dynamic and livable environment.
