Position Overview

As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and creative output of our studio. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and artists to develop compelling visual narratives. Your role will involve leading brainstorming sessions, providing artistic direction, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity are maintained throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of 3D artists to deliver visualizations that meet and exceed client expectations.

• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative vision.

• Develop and communicate artistic concepts, mood boards, and visual guidelines to guide the creative process.

• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to artists to enhance their skills and foster professional growth.

• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural visualization to continuously elevate the quality and innovation of our work.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Design, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience (8+ years) in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality visualizations across various architectural styles and scales.

• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.

• Expert knowledge of industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide clear feedback.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for design, architecture, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
