Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team at ARQSIX. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our projects, ensuring exceptional quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide regular project updates.

• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, motivation, and a positive work environment. Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to ensure team members meet project objectives.

• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of visual excellence in all project deliverables.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and subcontractors as needed, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to project requirements.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project management within the architectural visualization industry or a related field.

• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
