There is a wonderful ongoing project in Greece we’d like to tell you about: the transformation of a stunning location that has laid dormant for many years into an ultra-luxurious island resort. Nestled in the serene beauty of Aegina Island, this world-class development will be a true testament to well-being and delight. Aegina Island, located in the Saronic Gulf, is known for its rich history, beautiful landscapes, and vibrant culture. It is the perfect setting for a luxurious getaway, offering a harmonious blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage.

A demand for exceptionally high-quality and immensely realistic visualizations came almost evidently with this project - something that a rendering team previously hired by our Client was not able to fulfill.

Drawing inspiration from the island's natural beauty and blending it seamlessly with contemporary design, the resort will be an oasis of tranquility and indulgence. The overall goal of this exciting rendering project was to showcase the endless luxury and exclusivity that guests can expect when staying at the resort.

One of the key features of the resort is the unobstructed sea view that most hillside apartments provide. We wanted to highlight this breathtaking aspect on our exterior renders by seamlessly blending the rendered images with aerial drone photographs of the island and its surroundings. This presented a technical challenge as we needed to ensure a perfect match in terms of lighting and color, guaranteeing a seamless integration between the rendered elements and the real-life landscape. The final images were highly appreciated by our Client which, of course, is worth all hours spent by meticulous setting and adjusting.

It was a real pleasure working with such a friendly and flexible developer, who really trusted our expertise in many fields. As a rare and very welcome challenge, we were asked to design the villa interiors from amenities to lighting and finishing materials. The presented interior renderings showcase a predominantly wooden aesthetic, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The use of modern and minimal furniture pieces adds a touch of contemporary elegance, ensuring a comfortable and uncluttered environment. The intention was to create a sense of privacy and exclusivity, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in a world of luxury.
