As the name suggests, it is designed to provide a sense of community and city-like coexistence for its residents. Residential, commercial and recreational facilities are equally available within the real-estate complex, while it is all llocated conveniently near other attractions and facilities in the city, including schools, hospitals, and malls.

We joined the project in 2018 and assisted the planning process through various design phases, having delivered over a hundred photorealistic renderings from 3D masterplan visualizations to exterior renders and lifelike interior views.
